We had a very enjoyable family run this morning, despite the extreme humidity.
As we began, Lydia was reading Luke her "Angelina" story. Luke was showing us his flower that I had grabbed along the way.
Then, about half way through, we stopped to do push-ups. Lukey gave me some sweet smiles and kept saying, "Hi Mommy" in a really cute voice. As we started-up again Lydia started rubbing Luke's head and neck and singing a made-up love song about God.
Luke eventually joined in with his own song, and they gently observed the wildlife around them as they lounged in each other's arms.
Sound ridiculous? It was.....ridiculously adorable. What a sweet run.
