Today we were playing AWANA in the car....Lydia was the teacher - SURPRISE! - and Luke and I were the "cubbies" :)
First she said, "Put your hand on your heart. Ok, do you feel it beating? That's because Jesus is in there...and because you ate your veggies." (I had to hold my laughter back)
Then, in her closing prayer, she said, "God, thank you that we have potties. We know that some people don't have potties and they have to use outhouses. Please help them to hold it tight and long like we do..."
Oh man. I wish she had been Nathan's cubbies leader!
